Emily has been an Economist with the BLS since July 2006. Before coming to BLS she worked for two years in the private sector as an analyst for a start-up in Philadelphia. Emily graduated from Lafayette College in 2004 where she majored in Math and Economics. Emily is currently enrolled in Johns Hopkins University where she is studying for her Masters in Applied Economics.  Emily is working in the Data Collection Branch where she is involved with the MWR, ARS, NAICS classes and coding, and researching PEOs.
